Now This is what a great restaurant should be like!!! I have been missing out! I have been going to the ESM on Wonderland where the food is ok but the service has been bad for pickup during the Covid19 pandemic. Today I went to this location Fanshawe and the service was amazing!!! The food was excellent too.Now I will always drive farther to go to this Fanshawe location!

Went with a large family for a birthday party with excellent service, good tasting good at a acceptable price! The waitress was very nice and enthusiastic. It made all of us a little happier by the end of the day!

I like this franchise restaurant. It is a great option for good Italian fast food. The pizza, hell's chicken and salmon pasta are among the favourite dishes. Besides, the popular ones when you get the all you can eat promo, wedding soup and Cesar's salad. They also give you a delicious fresh garlic bread to start your meal. Service has been attentive and friendly in this location so far. But do not go on rush hours because of the slow service. Price is not bad especially when you order from their deals. I believe is a venue to visit and enjoy a good time and meal with family, friends or your partner.

Just had the best service from a waitress named vanessa. She was so spunky and fun. She never let our drink cups stay empty and always made sure we were happy. The food was good, as usual. If we could be guaranteed her table every time, we would go more often.

Ordered dinner for my birthday via delivery during the current pandemic.Our family ordered the pizza and pasta family special, as well as an additional pasta for my wife. The family meal was MORE than enough for myself and the three kids (provided pasta leftovers for another small meal). The pizza was fantastic. The pasta tasted delicious (fettuccini alfredo) although more sauce would have been about the ONLY suggestion I would have to improve the meal. Caesar salad was great, and the bread was tasty.Have used Skip the Dishes several times (Jack Astors, East Side) as well as takeout from Boston Pizza and Montanas. This is by FAR the best value for a dinner for a family of five that we've found. Will definitely order again, and visit the restaurant if the world ever returns to normal.

Wanted to order from Ubereats as I had a gift card, Ubereats was showing unavailable, but Skipthedishes was on. Called the restaurant to see what was up, and they said they had doordash and ubereats off for the night, but skip was on. Why have one on and not the other two? Thanks for nothing.

Excellent service. I have avoided this restaurant for years since I was diagnosed with celiac disease. I was happy to see that they offer a significant amount of gluten free options. Actually they offer more gluten free options than a lot of other restaurants that i have been to. Excellent job. Pleasantly surprised.

People there was so kind

This was my very first time visiting East Side Mario's and I really enjoyed it. We had an issue with the food at first and I asked for their help, they were very kind to replace my plate and pay my entire meal. The food is great and tastes great. Definitely will visit again 🍲❤️🍴.

Our server was a little too chatty but good service overall. The appetizers were delicious. Pasta entree was OK. Didn't have to wait long to get seated.

What a pleasant experience! Came here with my family and we enjoyed our diner. This location is exactly what a East side Mario’s should be like. Clean, cool ambiance, good comfort food and friendly staff. Pasta was a tiny bit undercooked and cold but no big deal at all. We will most definitely be back.

Shared the chicken parm dish and chicken parm sandwich.• The bread served at the beginning was delicious.• The garden salad and caeser salad tasted like plastic.• The actual chicken parm was incredible.• The pasta on the side of the chicken parm was tasteless.The service and atmosphere were alright. All in all a decent place to dine in.Edit: Came here again, tried a different dish, and the pasta + salad were still unbearable. Their plastic seems to get worse. Horrible experience.

Not at all what it used to be. Used to visit this restaurant many years ago regularly with my family. The food used to be good, prices were reasonable and everything was clean. The last 2 visits within the last year or so have been very disappointing. The food is mediocre at best, prices are not at all on par with the food quality and the bathrooms were nasty. The server was good but I won’t be going back unless I hear there is a change of owners/management. Even then I can’t see returning.

We always have a fantastic dining in experience here. Our waiter was once again wonderful. He placed our 2 yo's order and brought it out ahead of ours knowing be likely couldn't wait as long. It also allowed us to feed him before we ate.

The food was good and had the endless soup option. Was not disappointed with pizza and a mocktail. Lost 1 star for service being a little slow otherwise it was great.

If you're looking to go out to a restaurant with kids, East Side Mario's is one of the best choices. Kids love it here as they cater to kids in several ways.The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is also pretty good for a chain restaurant.

We were happy with the atmosphere, service and food. Our food was quick to come to the table. Covid guidelines in place. We ate inside but you could eat on the patio as well.

Our family's been going to this location for over nine years. I usually tip 25% because the bill is so cheap. We always bring alot of food home as well. We be had two male severs I really didn't care for but what can you expect over nine years? Don't go to the south end one and expect the same courtesy..auful experience.

Had lunch here today, we ordered a virgin caesar, a beer for my husband, Classic Calamari Fritti and 2 Budda burgers. I was looking forward to having a caesar with all the fixings, only to have it served with mozzarella cheese and peperoni. No pickeled vegetables as its always served. The calamari was small and over fried. Both of our burgers were dry and burned which made them taste bitter. The fries were the skinniest I've ever seen. The napkins disintegrated in your hands like cheap toilet paper. Overall, the food was terrible and the service below average, unfriendly and unwelcoming for a waitress. We've been to ESM many times over the years, however we didn't enjoy our meal and will not be returning.

We often order delivery from this location and are generally pleased with the food. Unfortunately, last night while dining in we had an extremely uncomfortable and quite honestly maddening experience. Half my food was overcooked, the pasta, undercooked... not super happy but whatever. When asked if we wanted to take a to go I told him no it was awful. Our server trying to fix the problem got a woman who we later found out was the owner. She took an already disappointing experience and turned it into a nightmare, arguing that there was nothing wrong. I said I would pay for my meal, no problem, but thought she would like to know that her customers weren’t satisfied. I agreed to disagree and asked for my bill while she continued to argue. She was rude, insulting, argumentative and unprofessional. I generously gave two stars because the bread was delicious 😋 and so were our drinks. Although, one was not enough to deal with this experience!

The best part of the meal was when my husband had one bite of his burger because it was rock hard and dry and the owner told him that "that's how the burger is made, and it is not to your liking, so I would suggest not ordering the burger next time" :)

Usually they're good and take time into preparing food. When I got the salad the dressing tasted a bit off. I didn't enjoy it like previous times. Than I got my meal 2-3 mins later when. It usually takes 10 mins or so. The signature tomato sauce tasted bland like they didn't season it. The pasta was bland and the chicken was dry. Meatballs were the best part but tasted a bit frozen like they pre-make them and toss them in the freezer. Couldn't get through my whole dish had 1-3 bites and was done. Had one loaf of bread and it seemed like it was shipped in. Not a classic Italian place you would think it is. The most tasteful part was the Pepsi.

If you have allergies and problems with gluten this is what you should expect to receive for $17.99. An upcharged of $5 from the regular menu.

Staff was fun and very tolerant of my stupid humour. Oh and the food was great!

We brought our family with two very little ones. Our very friendly waitress was quick to get us bread for them to snack on until the meal arrived. Which was also very fast.

One assurance of East Side Mario's is the consistency of the food; some may be a little better than others, but we have not found a bad one, as of yet. We stopped around 9 PM for a late supper, after our grandson's basketball game in that vicinity, so it was not very busy. The food was good, and very hot - we were near the kitchen. The service was a bit slow, considering the restaurant was half empty at that time of the evening, and there was a good number of servers; our waiter was very friendly and sufficient, but he seemed a bit distracted by other patrons. Overall, we were pleased and would return if an occasion arises.

Very disappointed, the salad was not very good. Gave you a little cup with parmesan cheese, did not come with cheese grater, felt rushed even though it was not busy. Chicken parmesan was very good and hot but that was it.

We waited a bit long to be seated but the server, food, and service were good.

Loved it, we visited after a long time because of the restrictions. They are taking all the needed precautions to ensure your safety.

Always an amazing service at this location!My husband and I frequently go if there's a promotion going on. They are extremely affordable and the food is great! If you haven't had their lasagna yet, you're missing out!

Great service, love the all you can eat salad and bread.. but feel like they've made the portions significantly smaller in order to offset the pending increase to minimum wage.

Staff was friendly however I did not enjoy the food. The bread tasted like cardboard and everything else was pretty bland, needless to say we only consumed half the food which was disappointing considering the price. I would not return or recommend.

Haven’t been to East Side Mario’s In a very long time, but I’m glad I did tonight! Surprisingly very tasty meal here. Ordered the macaroni and cheese and it was delicious! Very rich though so the portion size was more than enough. And of course the endless garlic bread and salads are always a crowd pleaser. Will definitely be returning!

Best Italian food in London. The chicken Parmigiana is amazing and the homemade loaf is the best. Really enjoy the food here. Good value. ❤️

Spencer was very polite and kept on top of every request. We wanted for nothing and our food came out hot and fast. We are very pleased and have been coming here for years and will continue with service like this! We felt like we were his only customers and he waited on us hand and foot!

I've been here so many times. I've always had a great experience.. but today was the best I think. There was a young gentlemen serving us and was completely amazing.. made great conversation with myself and my family .. was extremely friendly and helpful made sure we knew of almost every deal possible on the menus and was super kind to my six year old daughter ... Constantly smiling. Was a very quick server and was always making sure we were content throughout the whole time. Very pleased.

Had a fantastic dining experience here! Our waitress was absolutely top-notch. Kept the bread coming as needed (I ate 3 loaves myself!), as well as the soup and salad. Food was excellent. Service was super quick. Just...fantastic, start to finish. Will gladly come back again.

Meal just delivered, not what I ordered. Plus missing salad dressing, so the salad is worthless. Zero stars, never again.
